What data do we process?
Depending on your contact with Gmotion, we may process your name, company name, contact details, correspondence, order details, machine details, serial numbers, maintenance history, service requests and technical documents. When you visit the website, the server briefly records technical data, such as your IP address and browser type. This is needed to keep the website running securely.
What do we use data for?
- answering questions, quotation requests and service requests;
- carrying out agreements, orders and deliveries;
- recording machines, maintenance and work orders;
- securing and managing the customer portal;
- improving the website, services and communication;
- meeting legal and administrative obligations.
Legal bases

This website does not place cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services. So no data about your visit is shared with, for example, Google or Meta. If you tap a WhatsApp button, you go to WhatsApp; WhatsApp's privacy policy applies there.
