Built in inches
Many machines come from the United States, and in the United Kingdom too, machines are built in inches. Such a machine needs parts in inch sizes; a metric bolt or nut does not fit properly.
We have a large quantity of inch bolts, nuts and washers in stock, in coarse thread (UNC) and fine thread (UNF), from 1/4" to 1". Also in strength grades Grade 5 and Grade 8. In addition, we often source parts directly from the US and the UK, such as hydraulic pumps, valves, bearings and wear parts.

An inch is exactly 25.4 mm. The pitch is given in threads per inch (TPI). Not sure of the size? Measure the diameter in millimetres, or send a photo with a calliper next to it.
